Wine, in all its diversity, cannot be denied an ephemeral alliance with the world of entertainment. The Bortolussi family invite you to discover this unusual fusion ... The meeting is given at the Château where it is proposed to discover the barrel cellar, behind the scenes of the production of their wines. It’s then a little higher that the curtain rises… In the unique setting of the reception hall, they conduct a commented tasting of the emblematic wines of the Château. This is punctuated by artistic interventions by talented musicians. Throughout the evening, a gourmet cocktail is offered where the dishes naturally give a response to the estate's wines.

A day marked by exchange and conviviality. The invitation is to discover the world of wine "differently", through the pleasure of all the senses ...
Welcomed by the two generations of the family, the day begins with a visit Of the Jardin d’Aure with commentary in order to share the passion and their work as winemakers.
The stroll ends at the foot of the Castle and the discovery of the imposing 18th century building and its barrel cellar. Less guests then take their places in the main room to taste Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic Bilh wines during a gastronomic meal that delights gourmands and gourmets.

For small groups is offered to discover the world of wine in an accessible, friendly and warm way. At the heart of the winery, during tastings of a selection of Château wines accompanied by gourmet tartines with local flavors, the Bortolussi family invites you to savor the wine and its pairings with dishes with ease.

Mon Madiran à moi !
This activity offers an immersion in the daily life of a winegrower and to discover in a fun and educational way the basics of the art of tasting and different taste flavors. After the theory, practice ! Participants must now put themselves in the shoes of an oenologist and achieve the perfect blend. Fruity, long-lasting, subtle tannin ... all possibilities are open to them.
