This balanced and fruity wine is ready to be enjoyed today.
With its vermillon color and bluish reflections, a sign of its youth, its nose of red fruits is enhanced by subtle notes of spices. Pleasant to drink as an aperitif with full-flavoured appetizers, cured meats, aswell as with a main course of grilled duck breast or free-range poultry.
This wine is vinified and aged in concrete vats for 12 months without added sulphites.
With a garnet red robe and a powerful, rich and complex nose that associates mature fruits and spices. Best served with grilled meat, such as lamb, or with sheeps cheese. Also do not hesitate to try an original paring: a spicy dish like a Thai style curry, or with Noir de Bigorre pork.
Aged in new French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months
This high-range Madiran has a powerful but yet elegant nose, the palate is marked by aromas of toast, leather, liquorice and spices and finish is aromatic and long. A pure expression of the Tannat grape!
Should be served at 16°, with meats or with typical dishes of Southern France. The Madiran Prestige goes perfectly with a rib of marbled beef or a tagine of duck with vegetables.
Matured outside glass Demijohns, or as we say in French “Dame Jeanne” for just over a year

Best served chilled, as an aperitif wine, with blue cheese and foie gras, or even better, with a rich dark chocolate dessert.
The nose is characterized by candied-fruit aromas like apricots. The palate is more complex, revealing nuts and honey. It is a highly unique and intense wine, harmonious and well-balanced due to its natural freshness.
This wine should be served fresh, accompanied with a Foie Gras, but also French crêpes or a nutty dessert.
In this golden wine we find aromas of jammy exotic fruits, orange peel, litchi and dried apricot. This wine is rich, full-bodied with a hint of freshness, and ends with a long lingering finish.
This wine goes perfectly with a chestnut dessert, a Foie Gras panacotta, or more surprisingly, blue cheese.
